With downtown Seattle’s award-winning Pan Asian Dragonfish Café badly in need of a redesign of its stale brand, three original and effective treatments were quickly created to address the restaurant’s immediate need for enhanced local advertising. This was followed by a complete front end and UX re-design of the restaurant’s website (and HTML email template) — featuring information about a myriad of group dining options to entice the crowds utilizing the Paramount Hotel (above) and the Seattle Convention Center (across the street). The campaign was a resounding success, with advertisements in The Stranger, Seattle Weekly and South Lake Union Guide generating an increase in online traffic of 150 percent and a subsequent 10 percent increase in foot traffic.
